Physical Therapy 

Clifford currently provides Physical therapy services to treat various musculoskeletal and orthopedic related conditions throughout the body. His plan of care consists of
a thorough functional assessment, PT diagnosis, with an individualized treatment program consisting of various manual techniques, and instructing the patient on a Home Exercise Program (HEP) which usually includes: corrective exercises, posture/biomechanical movement corrections, self-mobilizations/stretches, and pain-modulating strategies.FullSizeRender (1)
Clifford is also a strong proponent of educating his patients on their pathology and ways to prevent recurrence once they arrive at their maximal therapeutic gain. He currently offers private PT in clients’ homes or in gyms. Clifford also works as a full-time orthopedic staff therapist at Duffy and Bracken PT located in lower Manhattan, NYC.

Fitness Training

Clifford performs comprehensive wellness/fitness analyses, which serve as the foundation for building his individually-tailored workout routines for clients. Clifford’s workout programs work to enhance the 5 health related components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, Flexibility, and BMI, while helping patients reach their specific goals. Clifford believes strongly in educating his clients on numerous bio mechanical, structural and functional  health fitness related concepts to allow clients to be well-informed and self-sufficient. He currently provides fitness services throughout the boroughs of NYC and Nassau County, Long Island. IMAG0336
